p A T Y OF T R ,, Y
P. O. BOX 1029 TPACI . CALIFORNIA 95376 Area Cde 209: 7135-2" I
March 13, 1979
Regional Water Quality
Control Board
Central Valley Region
3251 "S" Street
Sacramento, CA. 95376
Sirs:
I am enclosing our operating and monitoring reports for the month
of February, 1979 . You will find data lacking for specific con-
ductance, pH, and settleable solids for one effluent grab sample.
You will also find effluent flow data for the entire month lack-
ing; this was due to a final effluent flow meter which is under-
going repair. Two effluent flow BOD values were invalid due to
laboratory errors .
Effluent limitations were exceeded as follows :
1. The 30-day average BOD limit in mg/l was exceeded.
2. The 30-day average suspended solids limit in mg/l
was exceeded.
3. The daily effluent chlorine residual limit was
exceeded once .
4 . The maximum increase in turbidity between R-1 and
R-2 receiving stream locations was exceeded twice.
If you desire anything further, please let us know.
Sincerely yours ,
WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT
DARRELL D. SCOTT
Lab Technician II
cc: San Joaquin Health Dept.
Enclosures
DDS:mrg
