July 21, 2015 <br />Monica Nino <br />County Administrator <br />County of San Joaquin <br />44 North San Joaquin Street, Suite 640 <br />Stockton, California 95202-2778 <br />REQUEST FOR UTILITY SERVICE —AIRPARK 599 PROJECT <br />This request for utility service directly relates to and is conditioned on the City of Stockton and <br />County of Sa Joaquin Deferred Annexation Agreement for the Airpark 599 Project dated <br />(,/ I 2015. <br />The project area is depicted on Exhibit "A" (Attachment A) and Conceptual Master Plan <br />Scheme: 5 dated March 22, 2012 (Attachment B), attached. <br />General Information and Requirements <br />County shall prepare utility master plans and improvement plans for water, sanitary sewer, and <br />storm drain facilities to serve the project in conformance with the latest City of Stockton codes, <br />policies, guidelines, standards, and specifications. The master plans shall address construction <br />phasing and interim connections to City facilities. The master plans shall be submitted by <br />County and approved by the Director of Municipal Utilities prior to preparation and approval of <br />improvement plans and prior to any connection to City utility facilities. Subsequent to approval <br />of master plans, improvement plans for water mains, sanitary sewers, and storm drains shall be <br />submitted by the County and approved by the Director of Municipal Utiiities prior to <br />construction. <br />The County shall be responsible for all costs involved in the extension of all water mains and <br />services, sanitary sewer mains and laterals, and storm drain mains and laterals to serve this <br />project in accordance with City of Stockton Municipal Code and Standards. But under no <br />circumstances will County be required to pay any City fees or impositions other than City's <br />standard water and sewer connection fees based on City's fee schedule in place at time of <br />connection, which is estimated based on City's current fee schedule at: $1,124,632.11. <br />(Attachment C) LAFCO review may be required prior to any main line extension.
