Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study Irerracon
Vacant Commercial Property■ Stockton, California
December 7, 2018 ■ Terracon Project No. NA187056
and Highway 99 to the west. The assumption was made that each building/cluster of buildings
surrounding the site has one septic system. Using this method, we determined there are
approximately 30 systems within '/4 mile north, east, and south of the site. Properties west of the
Highway 99 are assumed to be connected to a municipal sanitary system. Refer to Section 1.3.5
for a history of septic permits in the site vicinity.
1.3.5 Septic Permit History in the Vicinity
Online septic permits available on the EHD website were reviewed for properties adjacent to the
site. The following table is a summary of adjacent property septic permits:
Table 3.
Summary of Adjoining Property Septic Permits.
Leach Seepage
Tank Size Leach Line Line Pits/Sumps/
Address Date Permit (Gallons) Quantity Length Filter Bed
(Feet) (Quantity,
Size)
4715 E.
