The project parcel has direct access from East State Route <br /> Highway 12. The project will utilize two(2)existing greenhouses(33,120 square feet& 18,600 square feet)and an existing <br /> distribution building (4,921 square feet), and proposes to construct two(2)new greenhouses, (3,060 square feet&25,200 <br /> square feet), and an accessory solar field. There are two (2) existing single family residences on the property. The <br /> proposed hours of operation are from 4:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., seven (7) days per week, with fifteen (15) employees. The <br /> project site will utilize private well and septic, and an on-site storm drainage retention pond. The parcel is not under a <br /> Williamson Act contract. <br /> The Property is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum) and the General Plan designation is A/G (General <br /> Agriculture). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is on the south side of East State Route Highway 12, 1,964 feet east of North <br /> Locust Tree Road, Lodi.
