Appeals <br /> must be filed with this Department within ten (10) days of the action with an appeal fee of$353.00. The ten0- <br /> day appeal period ends at 4:30 p.m. on March 8, 2020. If this date falls on a weekend or holiday, the appeal <br /> period will expire on the next regular business day at 4:30 p.m. <br /> EXPIRATION: This action requires you to comply with all Conditions of Approval within the next eighteen (18) <br /> months (by September 7, 2021).
