Phase two activities include a 4,200 square foot addition to the equipment
storage building with offices. A maximum of 4 employees is proposed for the project.
Based on the information provided, the EHD finds that the SSNL Study supports the suitability for
standard OVVTS usage for this parcel for the proposed home and hay harvesting storage building with
restrooms and offices for a maximum of 4 employees, pursuant to San Joaquin County Ordinance
Code Title 9, Section 9-1105.2(d), provided the existing and proposed OVVTS and 100% replacement
areas can meet all requirements of the San Joaquin County OVVTS Standards, including the minimum
setbacks from any water wells.
Some minor repairs of equipment have been proposed. Please be advised that all OWTS installed
on the premises are approved for domestic wastewater discharges only. Wastewater generated from
machinery repairs or containing any chemicals or cleaning products is prohibited to be discharged to
any OVVTS.
If you have any questions please contact Michael Kith, REHS, Program Coordinator, at (209) 468-3444 or
mkithsigov.org.
Mich I Kith, REHS
Program Coordinator
c: Terracon Consultants, Inc.
1868 E.
