NOISE. <br /> Would the project result in: <br /> a) Generation of a substantial temporary or permanent <br /> increase in ambient noise levels in the vicinity of the <br /> project in excess of standards established in the ❑ <br /> local general plan or noise ordinance, or applicable <br /> standards of other agencies? <br /> b) Generation of excessive groundborne vibration or El ❑ ❑ <br /> groundborne noise levels? <br /> c) For a project within the vicinity of a private airstrip or <br /> an airport land use plan, or where such a plan has <br /> not been adopted, within two miles of a public airport El X 11 11or public use airport, would the project expose <br /> people residing or working in the project area to <br /> excessive noise levels? <br /> Impact Discussion: <br /> The proposed project will not generate a substantial increase to ambient noise levels or excessive groundborne vibration <br /> and noise in the vicinity of the project site. The proposed project is a commercial stable facility, which will utilize existing <br /> agricultural structures that will be converted for commercial use. These structures are located on a 198.45 acre project <br /> site, and are located approximately 1,450 feet southwest of the nearest residence. The stable is anticipating a maximum <br /> of five (5) customers on site per day, and will also host clinics up to once per month with a maximum of ten (10) <br /> attendees.
