The <br /> project scope is limited, resulting in the boarding of a maximum of thirty (30) horses. As a result, the proposed project is <br /> anticipated to have a less than significant impact on government facilities and services. The existing structures will be <br /> converted for commercial use, subject to building permits and the applicable building code and fire code requirements.
