If the pesticide label or regulation requires a larger buffer area,the larger buffer shall apply. There will be no waiver of the required 24 hour Notice of Intent. These conditions do not apply to the following ground applications: 1.Vertebrate pest control 2.13ack-pack applications 3.Equipment where all nozzles are pointing down AND wind direction is periodically measured as moving away from the school site 4.Other CAC approved methods NOTE: The uses of soil fumigants and their corresponding buffer zones are covered by DPR suggested permit conditions or by label.
