A Fumigant Management Plan is a written description of the steps designed to plan for a safe, legal and effective <br /> fumigation. The certified applicator and owner of the property to be fumigated must characterize the area to be treated and <br /> include all safety requirements in the plan before application. <br /> W Methyl Bromide-Treesite <br /> Methyl bromide fumigation is limited to the single tree site preplant soil injection method unless additional conditions <br /> describing use conditions for other methods are attached. Applications of one contiguous acre or more are prohibited year <br /> round. <br /> Methyl bromide fumigation within a greenhouse, see attachment at time of permit issuance. <br /> B RM Use Near Schools <br /> RESTRICTED MATERIALS USE NEAR SCHOOLS <br /> No applications of Restricted Materials shall be made by air or ground within 660 feet of a school in session or when a school <br /> sponsored event is in progress.
