Sunrise Street,Victor APN: 051-390-18 <br /> i <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area. <br /> Heil Street has an existing and planned right-of-way of 60 feet. <br /> Sunrise Street has an existing and planned right-of-way of 60 feet. j <br /> 4 <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. An encroachment permit shall be required for all work within road right-of-way. (Note: Driveway <br /> encroachment permits are for flatwork only—all vertical features,including but not limited to <br /> fences,walls,private light standards, rocks, landscaping and cobbles are not allowed in the right-of- <br /> way.) (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. Prior to issuance of the building permit,the east driveway approach shall be improved in j <br /> accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin County Improvement Standards R-17 [including <br /> return radii to accommodate truck-trailer movements], (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this application. The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of building permit application.
