PA-1900030 (UP) 6 14 March 2019 <br />San Joaquin County <br />NPDES Permit <br />If the proposed project discharges waste that could affect the quality of surface waters of <br />the State, other than into a community sewer system, the proposed project will require <br />coverage under a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit.
