• Stabler Ranch, 16010 E. Highway 88, located approximately one-quarter <br /> mile west of the Site. This facility is included on the Hazardous Materials, <br /> Hazardous Waste Generators, and Aboveground Storage Tanks lists. <br /> Based on its distance from the Site and the types of databases on which it <br /> is listed, this facility is not anticipated to have impacted the subject Site at <br /> this time. <br /> Live Oak searched the San Joaquin County Haz Mat Viewer on September 9, <br /> 2018 for the Site and nearby facilities with hazardous materials inventories. One <br /> facility was identified within one-quarter mile of the Site: <br /> • Stabler Ranch, 16010 E. Highway 88, discussed above. <br /> Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's <br /> maps of Nitrate — Land Use Data and DBCP— Land Use Data dated February 20, <br /> 2019. According to the nitrate map (Plate 4), three wells within a one-mile radius <br /> of the subject Site have been tested. Nitrate was detected in two wells at a <br /> concentration between 0.1 and 5.0 mg/L-N; no nitrate was detected in the third <br /> well. Three wells within a one-mile radius of the Site were tested for DBCP <br /> (Plate 5); no DBCP was detected. The Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) set <br /> by the US EPA for nitrate is 10 mg/L-N; the MCL for DBCP is 0.2 µg/L. <br /> 7.3 Agricultural Commissioner's Records <br /> Live Oak contacted the San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office <br /> regarding agricultural use of the site. According to Hiromi Hernandez of that <br /> office, no chemical use records were located for the Site for the past five years <br /> (communication, August 28, 2019). <br /> 7.4 Department of Oil,_Gas1 and Geothermal Resources Maps <br /> The California Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR) <br /> Well Finder website was queried on September 9, 2019 for mapped oil or gas <br /> wells within one-quarter mile of the subject Site. No wells were identified within <br /> the search radius. <br /> 7.5 National Pipeline Mapping System Database <br /> Live Oak reviewed the National Pipeline Mapping System (NPMS) database on <br /> September 9, 2019 for evidence of hazardous materials pipelines within one- <br /> quarter mile of the Site. According to NPMS, an active natural gas pipeline <br /> operated by PG&E runs along the Site's northern property line. Local pipelines <br /> which are not mapped by the NPMS may be present in the area as well. <br /> LOGE 1940 7 <br />
