It appears from aerial photographs reviewed that this mobile home may have been removed from the Site in the past few years. • July 1985 permit for new domestic/irrigation well. The permit indicates that the well had a depth of 420 feet; its grout seal was placed at 54 feet. The well is located south of the shop. • November 1985 permit for new septic system at main house. The system utilized a 1,600 -gallon tank, four 40 -foot leach lines and four 33 -inch diameter by 25 -foot deep seepage pits. • September 1988 permit for new septic system at mobile home on east side of building cluster. The permit indicates a 1,200-galon tank and two 48 -inch diameter by 25 -foot deep seepage pits. The mobile home depicted appears to be one of the three remaining on the Site. These permits have been included in Appendix 4. 7.0 GOVERNMENT AGENCY RESEARCH 7.1 EPA Databases The California Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) manages contaminated sites through two sub -agencies: the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) and the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC). The SWRCB's GeoTracker database includes underground storage tank (UST) sites, leaking underground storage tank (LUST) sites, cleanup program sites, and land disposal sites. The database can be searched by reviewing two lists, the Permitted Underground Storage Tank (UST) Sites list and the Cleanup Sites list. DTSC's EnviroStor database includes Federal Superfund sites, State response sites, voluntary cleanup sites, school cleanup sites, corrective action sites, and permitted hazardous waste facilities. Live Oak searched both databases on September 12, 2019 for any listed sites within one-quarter mile of the Site. The subject Site was not listed on either database, and no listed facilities were identified within one-quarter mile. 7.2 Environmental Health Department Databases Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's Hazardous Materials, Hazardous Waste Generators, Underground Storage Tanks, Aboveground Storage Tanks, Site Mitigation, and Site Mitigation and LOPs lists, dated August 2019, for facilities of concern within one-quarter mile of the Site.
