The Site Approval application includes converting <br /> a 2,640 square foot barn to a winery production facility,a 1,303 square foot workshop <br /> building to a tasting room and a 360 square foot storage building to a restroom. An encroachment permit from Caltrans shall be required for all work within road right-of-way. <br /> 2. Prior to issuance of the occupancy permit,the driveway approach shall be improved in accordance <br /> with Caltrans' requirements. <br /> 3. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this application.The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of building permit application. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each <br /> year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. <br /> (Resolution R-00-433) <br /> 4.
