Dewatering discharges are typically considered a low or limited <br /> threat to water quality and may be covered under the General Order for Limited <br /> Threat Discharges to Surface Water(Limited Threat General Order). A complete <br /> Notice of Intent must be submitted to the Central Valley Water Board to obtain <br /> coverage under the Limited Threat General Order.
