CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1900180 <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA/QUARTAROLI &ASSOCIATES <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-1900180 was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on September 17, 2019, which is the effective date of approval. This approval will expire <br /> on March 18, 2021,which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if required by the Land <br /> Surveyors' Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment among four(4) parcels as shown on the site <br /> plan dated August 1, 2019. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community Development <br /> Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors' Act, or a <br /> Licensed Land Surveyor.
