Manteca, CA 95336 SR0061819 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has completed the review of <br /> the application for a permit to install two Veeder Root 857280 Vacuum Sensors for S5 & S6 stp <br /> sump on 91 the underground storage tank (UST) system at the above noted address. The <br /> permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Muniappa Naidu at (209) 468-3439 to arrange the following inspection <br /> appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be <br /> aware that inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit <br /> approval. <br /> a. Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system must be verified to <br /> ensure that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of Title 23 <br /> California Code of Regulations and the Health & Safety Code. <br /> 4. Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal <br /> supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who possesses all of the <br /> following: <br /> a. One of several permissible valid, current contractor's licenses issued by the <br /> Contractors State License Board (may be issued to the installation company), or a <br /> Tank Tester's license issued to the individual by the State Water Board, and <br /> b. A valid, current California UST Service Technician certificate issued by the <br /> International Code Council (ICC), and <br /> c. A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the component(s) <br /> being tested, repaired, or serviced. <br />
