COLDANI FAMILY VINEYARDS
MARKETING PLAN
As a component to the overall marketing strategy, Coldani Family Vineyards intends to hold educational
and social events which highlight our wine for the development of potential customers as well as serving
our existing customer base.
Below are examples of the marketing events proposed for this site.
1. A professional chef provides a cooking demonstration in which dishes and hors d'oeuvres
are prepared in our commercial kitchen and paired with our wine varietals. Bottles of wine
are available for purchase during this event. This event is hosted for a predetermined
number of guests for a set time and date. Usually about 100 to 125 maximum attendees for
approximately 3 hours ranging from 1 to 4 p.m. or 6 to 9 p.m.This is a one day event which
occurs 4 times per year.
2. Scheduled midday(two to four hour) bus tours for a predetermined number of guests.
Guests will be educated about the process of winemaking and agriculture. Wine tasting will
occur in the tasting room and enclosed courtyard area and bottles of wine will be available
for purchase during this event. Lunch and paired food may be provided depending on event
format. This event occurs 4 times per year.
3. Dinners planned from 6-9 p.m. with a professional chef or caterer who will prepare a multi
course meal paired with our wine varietals. Wine will be poured during the meal in a small
flight format to complement the meal and the wine maker will provide a narrative about the
various varietals to the attendees. Approximately 100- 125 maximum attendees will attend
with tickets sold in advance. Bottles of wine will be available for purchase during this event.
This event will occur 4 times per year, centered around key winery related dates; i.e.
Harvest/Crush Dinner, New Release Dinner,etc.
This marketing plan seeks the approval of 15 marketing events per year as described above and outdoor
amplified sound is not proposed at marketing events.
