This information was required to be submitted by 10/7/17. This information was <br /> received on 4/11/18 resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. An operator that receives an inspection <br /> report shall have 30 days to submit a written response that includes a statement documenting corrective actions <br /> taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken. Ensure that a written response documenting corrective <br /> actions taken or proposed is submitted within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> 204 CCR 2712(i) Current monitoring plan approved by the EHD not found on site. <br /> An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection.The monitoring plan found on site had <br /> the incorrect line leak detectors.A copy of a an aprove these plans shall be accessible on site at all times. <br /> Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> 206 CCR 2712 Failure to comply with UST operating permit conditions. <br /> Work order#1612283 was found on site describing the replacement of L4-91 product fill 208 sensor on 8/21/18 and <br /> EHD was not notified of this replacement nor was a permit obtained from the EHD. Emergency repairs relating to <br /> UST system monitoring and release detection may be performed by a properly licensed,trained, and certified <br /> contractor pursuant to the EHD'S policy and a permit, if required, obtained within one business day from the EHD. <br /> Provide proof that EHD was notified of this replacement or obtain a permit from the EHD for the replacement of the <br /> L4 sensor.A"Failure to Obtain a Permit"penalty applies. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> 301 HSC 25292.1 UST system is not operated to prevent unauthorized release, including spills and overfills. <br /> Fuel filters were observed outside of all under dispenser containments at the facility.The underground storage tank <br /> system shall be operated to prevent unauthorized releases. Immediately contact a properly licensed,trained, and <br /> certified contractor to replace or upgrade the component under permit and inspection with the EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 305 HSC 25290.1(e)VPH monitoring of the interstitial spaces of the UST system is not maintained. <br /> The 87 product STP sump had very little evidence of brine. Loss of brine can be indicative of a leak in the <br /> secondary containment. Secondary containment shall be impervious to the liquid and vapor of the substance <br /> contained and constructed to prevent structural weakening as a result of contact with any hazardous substance <br /> released from the primary containment.
