I left a voice mail for you earlier today. <br /> Based on your statements emailed this morning,the following items still need to be addressed: <br /> 101—This violation cannot be closed until the site is in compliance and is issued the 2018 operating permit. <br /> 104—The only CERS submittal made since the violations were issued on 9/7/17 was dated 1/29/18. This submittal was <br /> 'Not Accepted'. A complete and accurate CERS submittal is still needed. <br /> 105—same as 104 <br /> 107—same as 104 <br /> 206—Not addressed <br /> 305—Not addressed <br /> 309—Not addressed <br /> 316—Not addressed <br /> 319—Not addressed <br /> There also appears to be an open violation from July 14, 2016 that was not addressed and several open hazardous waste <br /> violations. <br /> Please let me know if you have any questions. <br /> 1 <br />
