A valid, current UST Installation/Retrofitting certificate issued by the International Code <br /> Council (ICC), and <br /> c. A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the component(s) being <br /> installed. <br /> 6. Log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS), update and submit the "UST <br /> Monitoring Plan" for the 87 and 91 grade tanks for approval. <br /> 7. Log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS), complete and submit a "UST <br /> Certification of Installation/Modification" form for the 87 and 91 grade tanks within 30 days. <br /> 8. All components must be certified by an independent testing organization and labeled as <br /> required by the organization (UL, ULC, ANSI, API, ASTM, etc.). See California Code of <br /> Regulations (CCR) Title 23, Chapter 16, Table B for a complete list. <br /> 9. Permit expires 180 days from the date of approval.
