Elena K. Manzo [EH]
From: Monica Farhat <mfarhat@boyett.net>
Sent: Thursday, March 9, 2017 2:35 PM
To: Elena K. Manzo [EH]
Cc: Rick Jewell
Subject: RE: 1137 W LATHROP RD
Attachments: Manteca BP 29.pdf, RTC Manteca BP 29.pdf
Elena,
Attached you will find work order from LC Services that addresses the violations on the amended inspection from
8/31/2016 inspection.
CERS has been updated and resubmitted.
Let me know if there is anything else you may need to get this site back into compliance.
Thank you,
Monica Farhat
Operations&Compliance Coordinator
Boyett Petroleum
(209) 549-5612
mfarhat@boyett.net
From: Elena K. Manzo [EH] [mailto:emanzocasjcehd.com]
Sent: Sunday, March 05, 2017 11:31 AM
To: Monica Farhat
Subject: RE: 1137 W LATHROP RD
Hi Monica
I reviewed the most recent CERS submittal, and to date no changes were made in CERS for the outstanding issues. The
following still needs to be addressed as soon as possible, no permit to operate will be issued until the site is in
compliance: "Corrosion protection and striker plates are missing in CERS, site map doesn't identify monitoring
locations/sensors (all sensor locations shall be identified). Closed violation 103 per CERS review. The rest are outstanding
pending the receipt of RTC statement. No inspection was scheduled for a permit SR0075680, approved in 2016 for the
brine leak repair." Please remember that all follow up to bring the site into compliance is billed at the EHD's hourly rate.
Sincerely
Elena K. Manzo, Lead Sr. REHS,
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
1868 E. Hazelton Ave.
Stockton, CA 95205-6232
Voice: (209) 953-7699
1
