REHS <br />Sent Regular and Certified Mail <br />Return Receipt Requested <br />RE: Authorization to Enter and Abate <br />2156 S B Street, Stockton, CA 95206; APN: 171-041-20 <br />On January 15, 2014, a public hearing before the San Joaquin County Board of Housing <br />Appeals; Resolution R 14-01 was adopted authorizing the San Joaquin County Environmental <br />Health Department (EHD) to proceed with the abatement of a public nuisance at the above <br />location. <br />It is the intention of the EHD to inspect the above mentioned address to determine whether the <br />public nuisance continues and, if so, to proceed with the authorized abatement due to non- <br />compliance with the above mentioned resolution. <br />Enclosed is an authorization to enter and abate which when signed by you will grant permission <br />to enter onto the property in question to inspect and to complete the following authorized <br />abatement activities. <br />1. Demolish all single family dwelling(s) and all other structures on property. <br />2. Clear premise of all demolition materials, junk, vehicles, refuse, debris and other solid waste. <br />3. Destroy all septic systems and water wells if existing. <br />This letter was sent to you by U.S. mail, return receipt requested. Failure to complete and return <br />the enclosed authorization form within ten (10) days of receipt of this letter, as shown by the U.S. <br />Postal Service receipt, will result in EHD seeking a warrant from the court authorizing entry onto <br />the property to inspect and, if necessary, to carry out the authorized abatement of a public <br />nuisance. The warrant may authorize forcible entry onto the property if consent to enter is <br />refused. Should you sign the enclosed authorization, it must be received by EHD within ten (10) <br />days of your receipt of this letter.
