REHS Sent Regular and Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested RE: Authorization to Enter and Abate 2156 S B Street, Stockton, CA 95206; APN: 171-041-20 On January 15, 2014, a public hearing before the San Joaquin County Board of Housing Appeals; Resolution R 14-01 was adopted authorizing the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) to proceed with the abatement of a public nuisance at the above location. It is the intention of the EHD to inspect the above mentioned address to determine whether the public nuisance continues and, if so, to proceed with the authorized abatement due to non- compliance with the above mentioned resolution. Enclosed is an authorization to enter and abate which when signed by you will grant permission to enter onto the property in question to inspect and to complete the following authorized abatement activities. 1. Demolish all single family dwelling(s) and all other structures on property. 2. Clear premise of all demolition materials, junk, vehicles, refuse, debris and other solid waste. 3. Destroy all septic systems and water wells if existing. This letter was sent to you by U.S. mail, return receipt requested. Failure to complete and return the enclosed authorization form within ten (10) days of receipt of this letter, as shown by the U.S. Postal Service receipt, will result in EHD seeking a warrant from the court authorizing entry onto the property to inspect and, if necessary, to carry out the authorized abatement of a public nuisance. The warrant may authorize forcible entry onto the property if consent to enter is refused. Should you sign the enclosed authorization, it must be received by EHD within ten (10) days of your receipt of this letter.
