However, no septic tank destruction permit had been issued by the <br /> Environmental Health Department. <br /> VI. Environmental Health Department Recommendations <br /> The Environmental Health Department recommends the Board confirm the findings of the <br /> violations for the posted structure and that the owner be given.- <br /> a. <br /> iven:a. Ten (10) days to obtain and final a septic tank destruction permit from the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. <br /> b. Thirty (30) days to correct all State Housing Law violations and to final all <br /> required permits from the San Joaquin County Community Development <br /> Department. <br /> If the above time constraint is not met, the Environmental Health Department may <br /> proceed with abatement action without further report to the board as follows: <br /> Institute an appropriate action or proceeding consistent with the case conditions that may <br /> include the vacation, repair, or demolition of all posted structure(s) and appurtenances <br /> thereto, the removal of refuse, debris, solid waste, scrap metal, and hazardous wastes <br /> from the premises, and/or the referral of the case to the San Joaquin County District <br /> Attorney's Office for further enforcement action. <br /> Page 5 of 5 <br />
