REHS <br />Our records indicate that substandard structures located at the above noted property <br />were posted with a Notice and Order to Abate Housing and Dangerous Buildings <br />Violations, on August 16, 2013. A review of the EHD database showed a septic tank <br />destruction permit was obtained in 1994 but that the permit had expired without <br />inspection. <br />You have thirty (30) days from the date of receiving this letter to correct the violations <br />noted on the Notice and Order to Abate Dangerous Building Violations by repairing or <br />demolishing the posted structures and to obtain and final all related permit(s). In <br />addition, you have thirty (30) days from the date of receiving this letter to obtain a <br />septic destruction permit, destroy the septic tank and grease trap, and final the septic <br />destruction permit. <br />Repair or demolition permits for the substandard structures can be obtained from the <br />San Joaquin County Community Development Department, at 1810 East Hazelton <br />Avenue, Stockton. A septic destruction permit can be obtained from the San Joaquin <br />County Environmental Health Department, at 1868 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton.
