Enclosed are the following documents to assist you in preparing your bid: <br /> 1. Summary of activity; <br /> 2. Correspondence from Michael Infurna, Senior REHS; <br /> 3. Site Assessment Report and Results of Soil Investigation dated June 1994 <br /> prepared by Wm. ,J. Hunter & Associates and selected Plates, Tables and <br /> Exhibits. <br /> As you can see from the enclosed documents, the tanks were removed in October of k <br /> 1990. The first Site Assessment Report dated June 1994 found "stoddard solvents." Based <br /> on the June 1994 report, the County is requiring an additional work plan to determine the <br /> source of the soil and ground water contamination and to clean up the above-referenced site. <br /> s <br />
