Hyduke,that due to his current medical condition he will <br /> not be investigating his contaminated underground tank site as originally proposed in January of 1993. <br /> Previously the City of Stockton Public Works Department agreed to allow the excavation which encompasses <br /> the city sidewalk to stay open without a current and valid encroachment permit to facilitate proposed further <br /> investigation. <br /> Since further investigation will not be conducted, it is not necessary for the excavation to remain open. <br /> PHS/EHD appreciates your willingness to allow the exception to your encroachment permit policy and thanks <br /> you for your cooperation.
