Main St. CUF#: 12540 <br /> Stockton, CA 95202 Global ID#: T607700430 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed the file for the <br /> above noted subject site to verify compliance with directives and if the required submittals to <br /> Geotracker were being conducted. <br /> In correspondence dated May 27, 2010, the EHD directed you to "submit either a work plan to <br /> conduct an additional assessment or a revised feasibility study that evaluates multiple remedial <br /> alternatives for cost-effectiveness and feasibility." This submittal was due on Geotracker by <br /> June 30, 2010. It has not been submitted. You are not in compliance with directives issued by <br /> the EHD. <br /> A check of electronic submittals to Geotracker for this site shows that the last laboratory data <br /> (EDF) submitted was on December 21, 2009. This submittal was declined by the EHD as a <br /> duplicate to the Third Quarter 2009 data submitted to Geotracker on November 6, 2009. There <br /> has been no EDF submittals for 2010 or 2011. Additionally, the last Geo-Report submitted to <br /> Geotracker was on February 16, 2010 for the Fourth Quarter Monitoring event and the last Geo- <br /> Well,(depth to water data) was submitted on December 22, 2009 for the Third Quarter 2009 <br /> monitoring event. California Code of Regulations (CCR) Sections 3890-3895 requires that you <br /> submit to Geotracker. You are not in compliance with Geotracker submittal requirements. <br /> This is your official notice that you are out of compliance with UST regulations. You are hereby <br /> directed to submit all past quarterly reports, data, and correspondence to Geotracker by <br /> May 31, 2011 and to submit monitoring reports, EDF data, and depth to water <br /> measurements to Geotracker each quarter, starting immediately. <br /> The work plan or the feasibility study described in the EHD May 27, 2010 correspondence <br /> is overdue is to be submitted to Geotracker by May 31, 2011. <br /> Responsible parties that do not comply with directives issued by the EHD or do not comply with <br /> UST regulations are placing their eligibility to receive State Water Resources Control Board <br /> (SWRCB) Clean Up Fund (CUF) reimbursements in jeopardy and subject you to formal <br /> enforcement actions. The SWRCB is being notified of your compliance deficiencies. <br />
