Main St. CUF#: 12540
Stockton, CA 95202 Global ID#: T607700430
The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed the file for the
above noted subject site to verify compliance with directives and if the required submittals to
Geotracker were being conducted.
In correspondence dated May 27, 2010, the EHD directed you to "submit either a work plan to
conduct an additional assessment or a revised feasibility study that evaluates multiple remedial
alternatives for cost-effectiveness and feasibility." This submittal was due on Geotracker by
June 30, 2010. It has not been submitted. You are not in compliance with directives issued by
the EHD.
A check of electronic submittals to Geotracker for this site shows that the last laboratory data
(EDF) submitted was on December 21, 2009. This submittal was declined by the EHD as a
duplicate to the Third Quarter 2009 data submitted to Geotracker on November 6, 2009. There
has been no EDF submittals for 2010 or 2011. Additionally, the last Geo-Report submitted to
Geotracker was on February 16, 2010 for the Fourth Quarter Monitoring event and the last Geo-
Well,(depth to water data) was submitted on December 22, 2009 for the Third Quarter 2009
monitoring event. California Code of Regulations (CCR) Sections 3890-3895 requires that you
submit to Geotracker. You are not in compliance with Geotracker submittal requirements.
This is your official notice that you are out of compliance with UST regulations. You are hereby
directed to submit all past quarterly reports, data, and correspondence to Geotracker by
May 31, 2011 and to submit monitoring reports, EDF data, and depth to water
measurements to Geotracker each quarter, starting immediately.
The work plan or the feasibility study described in the EHD May 27, 2010 correspondence
is overdue is to be submitted to Geotracker by May 31, 2011.
Responsible parties that do not comply with directives issued by the EHD or do not comply with
UST regulations are placing their eligibility to receive State Water Resources Control Board
(SWRCB) Clean Up Fund (CUF) reimbursements in jeopardy and subject you to formal
enforcement actions. The SWRCB is being notified of your compliance deficiencies.
