Chitwcod APN: 159-070-36 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration <br /> Designated Flood Hazard Area. In addition, the existing San Joaquin County and City of <br /> Stockton Flood Insurance Studies, which delineate flood risks, floodplains, and floodway <br /> areas, are currently being reevaluated. The reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal <br /> Emergency Management Agency, Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, <br /> California 94129-1250, telephone (415) 923-7186. The reevaluation may delineate additional <br /> flood risks. The official flood maps are available for review at the Department of Public Works, <br /> 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be updated when the <br /> reevaluation process is completed. <br /> Wagner Avenue has an existing right-of-way width of 50 feet and a planned right-of-way width <br /> of 50 feet. Del Mar Avenue has an existing right-of-way width of 50 feet and a planned <br /> right-of-way width of 60 feet. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. <br /> The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are developed. <br /> The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1.
