SUMMARY NOA ENVIRONMENTAL has been retained by Mr. David Fisher, General Partner, Brovelli Woods Vineyards, L.P.,c/o RPM,617 S. Lower Sacramento Road, Suite K, Lodi, California 95242 to conduct a Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report for property located at 2250 West Forest Lake Road in Acampo, San Joaquin County, California. The property is approximately 870 acres in size and has been assigned Assessor's Parcel Numbers 003-10-18, 19, 20 and 21 (subject property). The purpose of this Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report is to identify, to the extent feasible, any potential source of surface or subsurface contamination caused by past or current land uses. Mr. Fisher does not have any plans to develop the subject property at this time. Regional and local database lists were reviewed,and regional and local agencies were contacted in order to determine if any recognized environmental conditions exist on the subject property. The search radius for this investigation extended to adjoining properties,and to properties within a search radius of one-quarter (1/4) mile. As an adjunct to the database search, the subject property background and history of past use were investigated. Physical characteristics including the topography, soil type, and groundwater depth and flow direction beneath the subject property are discussed. Interviews were conducted,and a site reconnaissance was completed. The data pertinent to this investigation can be found in the body of this document.
