Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements of be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank <br /> usage must be performed prior to acceptance of the application as required by Section 9- <br /> 1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading study is required <br /> and a review fee of$390.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$78.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical dibromochloropropane <br /> ( and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1115.7). <br /> C. The number of dairy animals per acre shall not exceed an amount, which would preclude <br /> good waste management practices. Applicant is to contact the Central Valley Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board regarding filing a Waste Management Report to be approved by <br /> Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board and the Environmental Health <br /> Division (Porter-Cologne Water Quality Control Act, Chapter 4, Article 4, Section 13260- <br /> 13263). <br /> (COND/EHD) <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
