UNIFORM FIRE CODE The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Community Development Departmentfor a building permit: <br /> (1) Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with California Fire Code,Volume 2, Standard <br /> 10-1. <br /> (2) Fire permits may be required prior to occupancy to conduct operations hazardous to life or <br /> property. (C.F.C.Section 105.2.1) <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (Staff Contact: Gabe Karam,468-3000) <br /> a. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is $174.59 per daily trip-end generated <br /> in the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. A credit may <br /> be allowed if it can be verified that the existing development on this site was in operation on or after <br /> April 23, 1990. (Resolution R-00-433) <br /> b. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is <br /> due and payable prior to the issuance of building permits. The fee currently is $423.00 per 1,000 <br /> gross square feet of building designated as Commercial Service. The fee shall be automatically <br /> increased on January 1 of each year through the year 2005 at the rate of 7.66 percent. A credit <br /> may be allowed if it can be verified that the existing development on this site was in operation on or <br /> after April 30, 1991. (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327, R-94-185, and <br /> R-97-5) <br /> c. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to the release of building permits. <br /> d. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066)that this development has <br /> addressed the items on the attached Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. The Final Site <br /> Plan is required upon submittal of verification. <br /> Conditions of Approval -2 - UP-00-19 <br />
