A total of 4500 square feet will be used for indoor display, and 1500 <br /> square feet will be used for office. The applicant does not intend to perform automobile maintenance or <br /> repair at this site. A visit by the Community Development Department determined that the display area and <br /> office meet building code requirements for the proposed use. Similarly, the landscaping and parking are <br /> already in place and are consistent with the proposed conditions of approval. <br /> Recommendation <br /> Approval.
