APPROVED USE: This approval is to establish used car sales for up to 10 cars in 6,000 <br /> square feet of an existing warehouse as shown on the Plan dated October 11, 2000,. <br /> c. SPECIAL USE REGULATIONS: The following special use regulations apply: <br /> (1) Only used collectible car sales shall be allowed. New car sales shall be prohibited. <br /> (2) A maximum of ten (10) cars shall be displayed at any given time; and <br /> (3) All display and maintenance of cars shall occur within a building. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-505,10) <br /> d. BUSINESS LICENSE: The applicant shall secure an approved Business License prior to <br /> the initiation of the use. The Business License may be applied for concurrently with the <br /> building permit application. (Section 7-1000 of the County Ordinance Code) <br /> e. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced and <br /> permanently maintained with base material of appropriate depth and asphalt concrete <br /> or Portland cement concrete to provide a durable, dust free surface. Bumper guards <br /> shall be provided when necessary to protect adjacent structures or <br /> properties.(Development Title Section 9-1015.5[ej) <br /> (2) A minimum of 15 parking spaces shall be provided, including 1 accessible space, one <br /> of which shall be van accessible. (For automobile sales, 2 spaces are required for <br /> every 1,000 square feet of building area; .67 spaces are required for every employee. <br /> For Warehouse, .5 spaces are required for every 1,000 square feet of building area; <br /> .5 spaces are required for each employee.)
