Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. Submission of three (3) sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health <br /> Division for review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s). (California <br /> Health and Safety Code, Section 27550) <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> 2. There shall be installed a 90 pound undersink grease trap for installation of the <br /> kitchen. <br /> 3. If food is served for on site consumption and the number of non resident individuals <br /> exceeds 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service connections <br /> exceeds four (4),a yearly permit to operate a public water system under the <br /> provisions of Title 22, CCR, will be required by the Environmental Health Division <br /> and San Joaquin County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9. <br /> 4. Construction of an addition to the existing sewage disposal system is required under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development as follows: the addition shall be a minimum of one 40 foot leach line <br /> and one 36 inch diameter seepage pit (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Sections 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4). <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
