Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Submit a site plan or map plan to the Environmental Health Division showing sewage <br /> and well information(including well location adjacent to shop) that clearly delineates the <br /> proposed locations as required by ordinance requirements. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.4). <br /> B. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2 (d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map/or issuance of a building permit. A review <br /> fee of$156.00 is required at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the <br /> manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment <br /> and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$78.00 per percolation <br /> hole is required. <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> NOTE: A Surface and Subsurface Report prepared by Dillion and Murphy, dated March 9, <br /> 1999, has been submitted to this department. A revised report shall be submitted to this <br /> D� department after a state certified laboratory obtains water samples from the onsite wells, <br /> and analyzes them for all insecticides, pesticides, fertilizers, and DBCP that has been <br /> applied to the land or stored onsite. The analytical results and chain of custody shall be <br /> l mailed from the state certified laboratory directly to this department. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin Count• Heaith Care Services <br />
