Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Submit a site plan or map plan to the Environmental Health Division showing sewage <br /> and well information(including well location adjacent to shop)that clearly delineates the <br /> proposed locations as required by ordinance requirements. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.4). <br /> A qualified environmental professional shall prepare a surface and subsurface <br /> contamination report, identifying any potential source of surface or subsurface <br /> contamination caused by past or current land uses. The report shall include evaluation of <br /> non-point source of hazardous materials, including agricultural chemical residues, as well <br /> as potential point sources, such as fuel storage tanks, septic systems, or chemical storage <br /> areas. If the report indicates there is contamination, corrective action shall be taken as <br /> recommended in the report and concurred with by Environmental Health prior to issuance <br /> of the building permit(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-905.12(a)(c)). <br /> E A-L u=,,,1 <br /> Note:A surface and subsurface report prepared by Dillon&Murphy,dated March 9, 1999,has been <br /> ` submitted to this department. A revised report shall be submitted to this department after a state certified \ <br /> laboratory obtains water samples from the onsite wells,and analyzes them for all insecticides,pesticides, <br /> fertilizers,and DBCP that has been applied to the land or stored onsite.
