Based on visual observation, no corrective action is necessary at this <br /> time. <br /> According to the property owners, they have no intention of building a home on <br /> the parcels. They have farmed the property for many years and plan to continue <br /> farming. In the future, if that changes, further groundwater testing should be <br /> performed and should be considered in designing a domestic well. As a <br /> precaution, soil testing could be performed at that time. These recommendations <br /> do not imply there are contaminants.
