I am a member of the Lodge that has submitted the application and want to voice my support <br /> for their relocation efforts. I also farm in the area where I raise cattle, winter forages and tend a vineyard <br /> one parcel east of the proposed site and believe their facility will be a welcome addition to a neighborhood <br /> already in evolution. The Planning Commission recently approved an RV Campground in the immediate <br /> vicinity as well as applications for other uses over the last ten years. Calvary Church established their new <br /> worship center after an earlier commission processed their conditional use permit. Other businesses <br /> including Private Schools, RV Repair,Overnight RV,Self Storage, Wineries,Trucking Companies, <br /> Processing Facilities,Large Mobile Home Parks,Apartment Complexes and other uses that demonstrate an <br /> area that will support an outdoor sports facility as well. The Jewel Winery adjacent to the Moose site has <br /> established a large outdoor picnic area which will further define the neighborhood in transition. <br /> Please con ' er this site approval favorably and help establish this positive use for the parcel.
