h� KLEINFELDER SWAT/WMUDS Properties (12/01/98) The State Water Resources Control Board maintains this program for tracking and inventory of waste management units. This system contains information from the following.eight main databases: Facility, Waste Management Unit, SWAT Program Information, SWAT Report Summary Information, Chapter 15, TPCA Program Information, RCRA Program Information, Closure Information and the Waste Discharge System. The WMUDS system also accesses information from the following databases from the Waste Discharger System: Inspections, Violations, and Enforcement's. The sites contained in these databases are subject to the California Code of Regulation —Title 23. There are no landfills listed on the SWAT/WMUDS database for the site or a one-half mile search distance to the site. UST (Hazardous Substance Storage Container Database) Properties (10/15/90) and Facility Inventory Database(10/31/94) The Hazardous Substance Storage Container database and the Facility Inventory Database are historical listings of UST sites maintained by the State Water Resources Control board. More recent information is obtained by contacting the local regulatory agency which regulates underground storage tanks (Chapter 3.2). VThere are no registered underground storage tanks listed for the subject site or adjacent properties. 4.1.4 Orphan Summary/Unmapped Sites Report Due to poor or inadequate address information, several sites could not be mapped by EDR. These sites were included in an orphan summary/unmapped sites report which was reviewed by Kleinfelder. The orphan summary/unmapped sites report was reviewed to assess the potential for off site properties to affect the subject site. Because they have incomplete addresses, these sites are not practically reviewable as defined by the ASTM standard. However, based upon the street names and Kleinfelder's knowledge of the area, any orphan sites identified as being within the appropriate minimum search distance was discussed in the preceding sections. 4.1.5 Non-ASTM Lists- The EDR database report also includes information from non-ASTM lists. These lists include (but are not limited to) information about waste discharge permits issued by the Regional Water Quality Control Board and hazardous waste manifest information kept by the Cal-EPA Department of Toxic Substances Control. Kleinfelder reviewed the information provided for references to the site.
