MS-99-24 OF PETER LINDBERG <br /> The above-referenced application was continued from the April 20, 2000, meeting with the <br /> hearing open. <br /> At the April 20tt' meeting, the applicant provided a revised private right-of-way plan (attached) that <br /> would meet the Development Title requirements. The applicant proposes to construct a private <br /> road around proposed Parcel 3, which would shorten the length of the originally proposed cul-de- <br /> sac to meet the distance requirements of Development Title Section 9-1150.13. <br /> In addition, the Department of Public Works is requiring an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication of 25 <br /> feet along the east property line of Parcel 1 and 25 feet along the west property line of Parcel 2. <br /> This 50-foot strip may serve as a public road in the future and will have a breakaway gate at its <br /> north end for emergency vehicle access if it is ever needed. <br /> A recommendation to approve the project with the required Findings and Conditions of Approval <br /> has been provided for the Commission. <br /> Action <br /> It is recommended that the Planning Commission: <br /> 1. Approve the Negative Declaration; and <br /> 2. Approve Minor Subdivision Application No. MS-99-24 with the Findings and Conditions <br /> of Approval contained in the memo dated May 18, 2000. <br />
