The tank is currently sitting on a lot in Livermore, so I assumption is it never went to the landfill. It is my understanding that it is being held as possible evidence in pending litigation. The property owner provided me the Title 22 non-haz certificate from Wendt Construction. If you would like, I can forward the documents (and pictures if you are curious about how I found it) I was provided when I am back in the office next week. Michelle Henry told me you called her with the address and I found the file. This dual-compartment tank was removed from 550 Valpico Road in Tracy under our permit on 1/13/2014. We never received the DTSC 1249 form certifying the tank was cleaned and rendered non-hazardous. We also have not received our Tank Disposition Tracking Record which records the final disposition of the tans and is signed by a person at the receiving facility which, in this case, is supposed to be Vasco Road landfill, is that where you found the tank? Unfortunately,the area inspector that worked on this removal no longer works for our department so it looks like things fell through the cracks. We are trying to correct them. 1
