Tracy Boulevard, Stockton <br /> The following requirements have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other <br /> requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1) The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated October 9, 2015 has been <br /> approved by the Environmental Health Department on April 20, 2016. The condition of <br /> approval requiring a Surface and Subsurface contamination report has been satisfied. <br /> 2) The Soil Suitability Study dated December 4, 2015 has been approved by the Environmental <br /> Health Department on April 20, 2016. The condition of approval requiring a Soil Suitability <br /> Study has been satisfied. <br /> 3) As part of the Soil Suitability Study dated December 4, 2015 the private water well onsite <br /> was tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and Nitrates. The samples were <br /> analyzed by Fruit Growers Laboratory, a State-approved laboratory, on November 6, 2015. <br /> The condition of approval that required private water well sampling has been satisfied. <br /> 4) For Parcel 2, submit a site plan or map to the Environmental Health Department showing all <br /> structures including sewage and well information that clearly delineates the proposed <br /> locations as required by ordinance requirements (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1110.4 (a)). <br /> 5) Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br /> 6) Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9- <br /> 1110.4). <br /> 1868 E.
