The following are Repeat Class II Violation: 311, <br /> and Minor Violations - Notice to Comply : 205', 999 <br /> 201. The June 2013 Designated Operator report were not found on site. These records shall be kept on <br /> site for at least 3 years . Immediately locate and maintain the Designated Operator inspection reports <br /> on site and submit a copy or the missing June 2013 report to the EHD by August 11, 2013. <br /> 311. (REPEAT) The 91-octane line leak detector failed to detect a leak when tested. All line leak <br /> detectors shall be capable of detecting a 3-gallon per hour leak at 10 psi. The service technician <br /> adjusted the leak detector, retested it, and it passed. <br /> 999. HSC 25404 (e)(4). The California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) submittal requirement <br /> has not been met. Facility in the CUPA program(s) is required to comply with electronic submittal <br /> requirement on the CERS website (http://www.cers.calepa.ca.gov). Immediately comply with CERS <br /> submittal requirement. <br /> NOTE: Owner did not have the time to go over CERS with me today.
