The 91 line leak detector failed to detect a leak when tested. All line leak detectors shall be <br /> capable of detecting a 3-gallon per hour leak at 10 psi. The service technician adjusted the leak <br /> detector, retested it, and it passed. <br /> REPEAT VIOLATION <br /> Notice to Comply - Minor violation: (108, 109) <br /> 108. Secondary containment testing was performed on October 6, 2011; the test report was submitted to <br /> the EHD on November 28, 2011. A copy of the test report must be submitted within 30 days of the test. <br /> Ensure that all future test reports are submitted within the required time frame. <br /> 109. Annual monitoring system certification, leak detector testing, and spill container testing was <br /> performed on July 28; 2011; the test report was submitted to the EHD on November 21, 2011. A copy of <br /> the test report must be submitted within 30 days of the tests.
