<br /> 18. Faulty weather protection including deteriorated or ineffective waterproofing of exterior walls,roof,or floors,including broken windows and doors(g).
<br /> 19. Any mobile home unit or portion thereof,device,apparatus,equipment,or combustible material which is in such a condition as to cause a fire or
<br /> explosion or provide a ready fuel to augment the spread and intensity of fire or explosion arising form any cause(h).
<br /> ❑ 20. Materials or construction not allowed/approved by the regulations or which have not been adequately maintained in good and safe condition(i).
<br /> 21. Those premises on which an accumulation of weeds,vegetation,rubbish,dead organic matter,debris,garbage,offal,rat harborages,stagnant water,
<br /> combustible materials,and similar materials or conditions constitute fire,health,or safety hazards`
<br /> ❑22. All mobile home units or portions thereof,not provided with adequate exit facilities as required by regulation except those that conformed to applicable
<br /> laws at the time of construction,and those facilities not adequately maintained(k).
<br /> ❑23. H&SC Section 18550. It is unlawful for any person to use or cause,or permit to be used for occupancy,any mobilehome supplied with fuel,gas,water,
<br /> electricity,or sewage connections,unless the connections and installations conform to regulations.
<br /> ❑24. H&SC Section 18551(a)(1). Prior to the installation of a mobilehome,the owner or licensed contractor shall obtain a building permit from the
<br /> enforcement agency.
<br /> ❑25. CCR T25.Section 1324(a).A permit shall be obtained from the enforcement agency each time a mobilehome unit is located or installed on any site for
<br /> the purpose of human habitation or occupancy.
<br /> ❑26. CCR T25.Section 1328 The utility facilities for the unit shall be either fully installed and approved or ready for inspection prior to the installation
<br /> inspection of the unit on that lot.The unit shall not be approved for occupancy until all the required lot utilities have been approved.All connections shall
<br /> comply with the requirements of this chapter.
<br /> Vacant unit must remain vacant until approved by the Environmental Health Department.
<br /> Due to the existence of identified structural,electrical,plumbing or mechanical violations you must obtain permits from the California Department of
<br /> Housing and Community Development(HCD)and the San Joaquin County Building Division(SJCBD)prior to repair/rehabilitation. Demolition or relocation
<br /> of the structure requires a permit from the SJCBD.Work associated with the septic and well requires a permit from the EHD.
