Hourly monitoring capable of detecting a release of 3.0 gph and <br /> restricting or cutting off product flow, AND number 2 OR 3 below. <br /> NOTE: After 12-22-98, the leak detector shall shut off the pump should a leak <br /> occur. <br /> 2. Monthly automatic pipeline monitoring device capable of detecting a <br /> release of 0.2 gph <br /> -OR- <br /> 3. Annual pipeline pressure test <br /> PPS-3 DOUBLE WALLED PRESSURIZED PIPING <br /> [CA UST Regs, Section 2636] <br /> 1. Continuous electronic monitoring of the secondary containment <br /> 2. Hourly monitoring capable of detecting a release of 3.0 gph <br /> 3.
