13. Modifications. This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the Parties. <br /> Any change, amendment,or alteration must be in writing and signed by both <br /> Parties to this Agreement to be effective. This Agreement supersedes all prior <br /> discussions and agreements between the Parties with respect to the subject matter <br /> hereof and thereof. <br /> 14. No Admissions. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as an <br /> admission of any fact or liability of any Party to this Agreement. <br /> 15. GOVERNING LAW.
