(Cambria)prepared this document on behalf of Equilon <br /> Enterprises LLC dba Shell Oil Products US (Shell) as discussed during a June 9, 2005 meeting <br /> between Shell, San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD), and Cambria <br /> staff. This document includes a corrective action plan (CAP), which complies with Article 11, <br /> Chapter 16 of the Underground Storage Tank Regulations, and a risk-based corrective action <br /> (RSCA)analysis. <br /> SITE BACKGROUND <br /> Site Location and Description <br /> The site is an active Shell-branded service station located on the southwest corner of the Pacific <br /> Avenue and Porter Avenue intersection in a mixed commercial and residential area of Stockton, <br /> California (Figure 1). The site layout includes three existing fuel underground storage tanks <br /> (USTs), four dispensers, a service station building,and a former UST complex(Figure 2). <br /> Previous Work <br /> 1990 Soil Borings: During March 1990, Aegis Environmental Consultants (Aegis) of Roseville, <br /> California drilled 14 soil borings (B-1 through B-14) near the former (then existing) and current <br /> Cambria <br /> Environmental (then proposed)UST locations. The highest petroleum hydrocarbon concentrations were detected <br /> Technology,Inc. in a soil boring at the southwest corner of the former UST location.
