Box 389, Stockton CA 95201-0388 <br /> Re: Response Letter/Work Plan Approved <br /> Shell Service Station Denied <br /> 6131 Pacific Avenue Condition <br /> Stockton, California <br /> WIC #204-7524-0104 Rete by_,-Ad =` - —_ <br /> Dear Ms. Meays: <br /> This response letter/work plan has been prepared by Cambria Environmental Technology, Inc. <br /> (Cambria) on behalf of Shell Oil Products Company in response to requests by San Joaquin <br /> County Public Health Services (SJCPHS) for additional information and further investigation of <br /> the extent of petroleum hydrocarbons previously identified in soil and ground water at the above <br /> referenced site. These requests were made in a letter dated January 6, 1998 from SJCPHS. The <br /> work plan was written to comply with SJCPHS and Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> (RWQCB) guidelines. The original submittal date for this work plan was to be January 30, 1998, <br /> but an extension to February 28, 1998 was granted by SJCPHS for this submittal. <br /> ADDITIONAL INFORMATION <br /> CAMBRIA Tabulated Soil Analytical Data: Soil analytical data from the newly-installed Wells MW-4 <br /> through MW-7 were contained in Table 2, but due to an error during reproduction of the final <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL report the second page of Table 2 was not included. This second page included the soil <br /> TECHNOLOGY,INC. analytical data from Wells MW-4 through MW-7. This table was reissued to all of the original <br /> recipients of the report on January 22, 1998.
