These requests were made in a letter dated January 6, 1998 from SJCPHS. The <br /> work plan was written to comply with SJCPHS and Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> (RWQCB) guidelines. The original submittal date for this work plan was to be January 30, 1998, <br /> but an extension to February 28, 1998 was granted by SJCPHS for this submittal. <br /> ADDITIONAL INFORMATION <br /> CAMBRIA Tabulated Soil Analytical Data: Soil analytical data from the newly-installed Wells MW-4 <br /> through MW-7 were contained in Table 2, but due to an error during reproduction of the final <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL report the second page of Table 2 was not included. This second page included the soil <br /> TECHNOLOGY,INC. analytical data from Wells MW-4 through MW-7. This table was reissued to all of the original <br /> recipients of the report on January 22, 1998.
